Lockner has been looking rather messy recently.
We have emailed the estate manager, Martin Omoding and left phone messages for him. We have also called the cleaning manager and left messages for him. Apparently our regular cleaner, Benjamin has gone off long term sick, and they haven’t arranged a replacement since.
I’ll update you with any progress, if in the meantime you want to add your voice to the complaint, details of who to complain to are below.
Hopefully this will be resolved soon and Lockner will be back to its former glory. If it is not we will ask for a reduction in service charge until it is.
